Job Summary: HHP, Inc. is seeking quality people with previous industrial maintenance experience to join our Maintenance Team. We are an Integrated Forest Products manufacturing facility whose products serve customers worldwide in multiple industries.

• The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic reports to the Plant Maintenance Supervisor and has primary responsibility for performing preventative maintenance and repairs for the assigned facility.
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, or repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved plant reliability and performance.
• You will have overall maintenance responsibility, but may be asked to perform other functions as necessary to keep equipment in operation.
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends) to complete repairs and support manufacturing.

• Knowledge of basic hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, cutting with a torch, welding, blueprint reading, precision measurement, bearings, chains, and sprockets.
• Must be able to read multi-meter, have knowledge of electrical/electronic schematics and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• 2-5 years of relevant industrial manufacturing, mechanical, or millwright experience and/or equivalent military training, degree, or certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (walking, lifting, climbing, pushing, twisting, etc.)
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Fork Lift License a plus
